Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Start-Up Analyst Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for start-ups, a keen eye for detail, and commitment to excellence.

Previous internship(s) in similar positions is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for the start-ups within the venture builder portfolio. Create dashboards and reports to monitor performance, track KPIs, and support decision-making.
2. Customer Recommendations: Collaborate with start-up teams and stakeholders to identify customer needs and behaviors. Develop data-driven recommendations to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
3. Technical Solution Optimization: Evaluate and suggest improvements to technical and digital solutions based on analytical findings.
4. Strategic Guidance: Develop data-informed recommendations to optimize operations, identify market opportunities, and support scaling initiatives.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decisions. Act as a bridge between the data and decision-makers to drive impactful outcomes.
